Alan Friel is a partner in the Intellectual Property Department of Wildman Harrold. He counsels his clients on contractual transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, financing, licensing, distribution, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. His clients span a number of industries, including advertising and promotions, film, television, animation, music, publishing, technology, interactive games, software, Internet and eCommerce, manufacturing, telecommunications, apparel and consumer products.
